Rules And Eligibility

The India Digital Awards (“Awards”) is an event organized by Internet and Mobile Association of India (“IAMAI/Our/Us/We/Organizer”). By participating in the Awards, you (“You/Your”) agree to be bound by and abide by the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”).

Our jury (‘Jury’) consists of an independent panel of highly distinguished professionals, whose identity will not be disclosed until after all the Awards have been presented. Please do not make any attempt to identify or influence the Jury. If you make any such attempt or if We become aware of any such attempt, it will lead to immediate disqualification of Your entry and forfeiture of Your entry fee (if any) as well as cancellations of the passes (if any) offered to You.

It is Your responsibility to ensure that:

  1. The entry submitted is complete and accurate in all respects and is easy to understand. Complex and complicated entries are likely to adversely affect evaluations. Individuals Submitting Entries for the India Digital Awards 2026 should be Actively Involved in India on the Submitted Digital Project Between. 1st October 2024 to 30th September 2025.
  2. You respond timely and accurately to any queries that Our jury may have in order to understand any issue relating to Your entry. Cooperate with Us in all matters relating to the entry.
  3. You comply with all the requirements for the entry as set out in these Terms and Conditions.
  4. You, or anyone You are responsible for, behaves reasonably and professionally when attending the Awards.
  5. You, or anyone You are responsible for, do nothing that may bring Us or our Awards into disrepute.

The entries for the Awards must be submitted on or before 14th January, 2026. No entries received thereafter shall be accepted (unless the date is extended by IAMAI in its sole discretion).

Once the entry is submitted You shall not be allowed to make any changes to it, except to respond to any queries that may be required by the Jury to better understand the entry and any information provided by You therein.
The decision of IAMAI regarding the eligibility of the entries shall be final and binding

Awards under each category shall be conferred strictly on the basis of evaluation scores assigned by the IAMAI appointed Jury. The Awards follow a benchmark-based scoring system and are not quota-based. Accordingly:

  1. Gold Award shall be conferred only where the entry attains a score of 80 or above.
  2. Silver Award shall be conferred only where the entry attains a score of 75 or above.
  3. Bronze Award shall be conferred only where the entry attains a score of 70 or above.

In instances where multiple entries meet the above benchmarks, the Top Three highest-scoring entries within the category may be considered for Gold, Silver, and Bronze Awards respectively, subject to each entry meeting the minimum scoring threshold required for the respective award level.

If no entry meets the required benchmark(s) for a specific award level, that level (Gold / Silver / Bronze) may remain unawarded.

In the event that no entry within a category meets any of the minimum thresholds, such category may remain entirely unawarded, at the sole discretion of the Jury and Organizers.

The decision of the Jury, ratified by the Organizers, shall be final and binding, and no correspondence or appeals regarding the evaluation scores or final results shall be entertained.

The winners will have to bear all costs associated with claiming the Awards including any taxes levied on the value of such Awards.

Information and/or any data provided in connection with the entries will be shared with the Jury for evaluation and/or with any third-party vendors as may be decided by IAMAI in its sole discretion. Therefore, please be careful in disclosing the information along with Your entries as IAMAI will not be responsible for disclosure to the public of any of your confidential or proprietary information that is disclosed by You as part of the entries.

Materials such as the name and logo of Your company that You submit may be used for marketing and promotional purposes and be shared on our social media handles and You hereby agree to the use of Your name, logos and brand features for this limited purpose.

Awards shall be awarded purely on the evaluation criteria set out in these Terms and Conditions and each of the Jury is entitled to evaluate the entries using his/her own opinions and understandings. You will not question at any time any awards that have been awarded to any entry.

The decision of the Jury regarding the winner shall be final and binding. You shall accept and abide by any and all decisions made by the Jury. No queries with respect to the decision of the Jury shall be entertained and neither You nor or any other person or entity shall have any claims in this regard.

You shall ensure that Your entries are in conformity with applicable law and that nothing in Your entry violates the right or the intellectual property right of any person (living or dead) and You hereby agree to fully indemnify IAMAI for any breach of this provision. IAMAI reserves the right to reject any entry without assigning any reason.
